Last Friday, 11th February 2022, Unifabs joined over 55 other companies at a Jobs and Apprenticeships fair held at the Jubilee Sports Centre in Nuneaton. There was a great turnout for the event organised by Marcus Jones MP. Over 400 people attended to discover the jobs, apprenticeships and training opportunities on offer locally.

Unifabs initially attended to promote it’s Academy, offering Manufacturing Engineering Apprenticeships in partnership with NWSLC starting summer 2022. The event marked the first in a number of upcoming activities planned to communicate the Manufacturing Engineering Apprenticeship opportunities on offer at Unifabs. The company was also looking to fill a range of full-time positions, both trainee and experienced roles, due to sustained growth and recent investments in new technology. The fair provided the perfect platform for both.

Tom James, Managing Director commented “The event represented the ideal opportunity to showcase Unifabs as a local employer and provider of training opportunities for school leavers. Footfall was good and we had a great level of interest in the roles we have on offer. I am confident that the event will have highlighted the vast range of opportunities on offer in Nuneaton, and I enjoyed introducing Unifabs and what we have to offer job seekers locally.”
